Carl Palmstierna (Chairman)
Carl Palmstierna started off his career in international investment banking in London upon graduating from Handelshögskolan with a Masters in Business Administration in 1977. He joined Goldman, Sachs & Co in 1986, and was appointed as a Partner in 1992. In 1998, Carl was appointed Chief Executive Officer of IDI AB. After four years, he joined ABGSC as Managing Partner, holding the position till today. Carl Palmstierna has occupied the position of Director in a number of companies.
Jonas Rahmn
Jonas Rahmn has extensive experiences in venture capital, both in Sweden and internationally. This engineering physics graduate from Chalmers University of Technology has gained more than 15 years of professional experience within the venture capital, IT, manufacturing and management consultancy sectors.
Having been an entrepreneur himself, Jonas has a portfolio encompassing strategy and operational development, international expansion, M&A transactions and early-stage venture capital investments. As a Partner at KTH-Chalmers Capital, he is bringing with him a wealth of management and investment knowledge in start-ups, fast-growing and turn-around businesses. Presently, Jonas is also a Board Member at Apica and Whitelines.
Tom Stendahl
Tom Stendahl has extensive entrepreneurial experience from the Outdoor Sports industry, being the founder of Scott Sports in Switzerland 1979, where he also served as its CEO. During his time he merged Scott Sports Switzerland with Scott USA and became CEO of the consolidated Scott Sports Group that later acquired the Schwinn Bicycle Company. In 1997 Tom sold his interest in the Scott Group but repurchased Scott Sports one year later. Under his direction, revenues increased from $100 million in 1998 to over $400 million in 2008.
Tom resigned as Chairman of Scott Sports in 2010 to devote full time to his other investments.
Tom holds an MBA from the University of Fribourg, Fribourg, Switzerland and has served on the boards of a number of companies.
Jan-Carl De Geer
Jan-Carl De Geer has 30 years of experience from international banking in Sweden, Singapore and London.
During a period of over 14 years he represented Chase Investment Bank and its predecessor Chemical Investment Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Ltd, the last 7 years as the Head of the Nordic Corporate Finance desk. In 1999 he joined HSBC as CEO for the Nordic region and Head of the Stockholm branch and stockbroking unit.
In 2008 he took over the reins of a family owned real-estate management company whilst remaining as advisor to HSBC. Besides his engagement at myFC, Jan-Carl is the vice chairman of the British Swedish Chamber of Commerce, member of the advisory board of the residential real-estate fund Svenska Bostadsfonden, Director of the Foreign Banker Association and AIK Fotboll Förening, He is also the manager and owner of Svärdsta Säteri.
Jan-Carl is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and IMD,Switzerland.
Lars Gullikson
Lars Gullikson has 20 years from the Sporting Goods and Outdoor Industry and brings broad international experience and in-depth knowledge of the entire product life cycle, product development, manufacturing, supply chain and sales & marketing related topics.
Lars graduated from Uppsala University in 1989 and started his carrier in the IT-Industry within Philips and Digital Equipment. In 1995 Lars joined the family owned business Silva, heading its manufacturing and subcontracting business, and was later appointed as the CEO of the entire Silva Group. As the CEO for more than a decade, Lars gathered an extensive experience working for private, venture capital and public listed owners. During 2007-2011 Lars was a part of Fiskars management team and also active in the boards of Directors of Buster Boats. Lars stepped down from the CEO position at Silva during 2012 and is since active in his own company Arvax Invest AB, as well as with consultancy and board assignments.
